Referral Program

To better serve you, PSM has introduced a referral program as an incentive to bring new tenants to our facility.

PSM Referral Program

▪ Any referral that is sent to PSM via the PSM website will have the ability to list who referred their business to PSM.  This is your incentives ticket!

▪ Submit a referral, schedule a tour, and accompany the prospective tenant to the PSM facilities and you will receive a $5.00 Starbucks’ gift card.

▪ Any referral that signs a one-year, or longer, lease, the referring party will in turn receive a $75.00 Nordstrom gift card!!!!

▪Any referral that leads to a one-year POD lease (4 offices, designs may vary); the referring party will receive a $150.00 Nordstrom gift card and one FREE basic car wash at Arreola's Detail Service on-site!!!!
